Hello everyone!!
It was a crazy summer and fall, and this website and group did not get as much of my energy as I would have liked... however, I'm back on track.
The New Moon meditation will be on Monday at 5pm next week (October 24).
I welcome everyone to join us via the Heartmath Global Coherence App.
I will be posting a video on the website soon to demonstrate how easy it is to join us.
Also this month, I'm running my first Activation of Your Cosmic Heart event. The event is full already, however, I can't wait to report to everyone how it went and when the next event will be held.
