We Need You to Make a Difference



Science has shown that we are more intuitive during the New Moon and Full Moon. 

Therefore, twice a month, we come together physically and virtually and practice a heart-brain coherence meditation to create peace in our lives and in the world. 

We want you to connect with us at these times.

We use HeartMath® Quick Coherence®  technique.  

It is a scientifically proven meditation that brings coherence between your heart and your brain. 

When the heart is in coherence, peace is present. When the heart and brain are coherent, magic happens. 


BUT... there's a secret to it

During these meditations, what you hold in your heart and mind is very important. 

To have a global manifestation effect...

You want to feel in your heart how it is to already have peace and freedom on a beautiful, healthy earth.

Feel in your body what global peace feels like, how it feels for everyone to be living in harmony with all of their needs met... and be grateful for that. 

Don't think: "that's not possible" and don't use words like: "I hope for..." or "I want..."

... stay with the feeling that it's already happened.

The Meditation

HeartMath® Quick Coherence Technique®

Step 1: Heart Focus


Focus your attention on the area around your heart, the area in the centre of your chest. If you prefer, the first couple of times you try it, place your hand over the centre of your chest to help keep your attention in the heart area.


Step 2: Heart Breathing


Breathe deeply but normally and feel as if your breath is coming in and going out through your heart area. Continue breathing with ease until you find a natural inner rhythm that feels good to you.


Step 3: Heart Feeling


As you maintain your heart focus and heart breathing, activate a positive feeling. Recall a positive feeling for example: appreciation or gratitude; a time when you felt good inside, then try to re-experience the feeling. One of the easiest ways to generate a positive, heart-based feeling is to remember a special place you’ve been to or the love you feel for a close friend or family member or treasured pet. This is the most important step.

The Connection Tool

1. Download the Global Coherence® App.

2. At the bottom left, tap the Join New Group button. It will ask you for a code. Input PlacidHills24

3. Add this Group (button at the bottom left). 

4. Tap on our Women's Holding Hands group to join the session

5. You can choose to use a sensor (if you have one), or you can use the camera on your phone (it will give you instructions), or you can choose to connect without a sensor.e  

6. If you go to the Map option (top right), it will show you everyone's location who is connecting in at that time. 

7. You can also see how many of us are joining in from the group.
